Women's Shoe Size Conversion
If your shoe size falls between sizes, we suggest getting the larger size of the two. (For example, if with some brands size 8 fits you well, and in other brands size 8.5 fits well, we suggest ordering size 8.5).
All OrthoFeet shoes are made with extra depth and come with removable orthotic insoles that are ¼" thick, allowing you to use your custom-made orthotics.
You may also use the following chart for converting your foot length measurements to your shoe size. Please do it while standing and wearing the socks or stockings you will wear with the new shoes.

These shoes run big according to the reviews and so I ordered 1/2 size smaller. I just had hip replacement and needed something I could step into but was supportive. These fit the bill!!!
It’s amazing what a little extra room makes! These are literally the first shoes I’ve ever put on that fit instantly & have not given me blisters. (I sort of expected that, given the high back, and was pleasantly surprised.) I like the somewhat sporty look & adjustability. I have a high top of my foot and was able to adjust these as needed. Looks great with any casual outfit. (I wish Ortho offered something similar, more business-dress, in leather.) These shoes fit so well, it inspired me to buy more from Orthofeet. My only complaint about them is that, now that they’re broken in, they squeak a bit when I walk. Maybe it’s the 2 adjusters I put in? -But the comfort and ease of them make the noise worth it.
So comfortable, lightweight, and easy to wear.

This was my 3rd pair of OrthoFeet shoes, and the comfort and style are terrific. I especially like the extra support that this style gives to my foot. I do have to put extra insoles on top of my prescription orthotics to get a snug fit with lightweight summer socks, so I am keeping this 8.5W for winter wear with heavier socks and I have ordered a 8W for summer wear with lightweight socks. Very pleased with the arch supports and insoles provided by OrthoFeet with their shoes.
