Women's Shoe Size Conversion
If your shoe size falls between sizes, we suggest getting the larger size of the two. (For example, if with some brands size 8 fits you well, and in other brands size 8.5 fits well, we suggest ordering size 8.5).
All OrthoFeet shoes are made with extra depth and come with removable orthotic insoles that are ¼" thick, allowing you to use your custom-made orthotics.
You may also use the following chart for converting your foot length measurements to your shoe size. Please do it while standing and wearing the socks or stockings you will wear with the new shoes.

- Most OrthoFeet footwear is available in Medium, Wide and Extra-Wide widths.
- A selection of shoes is also available in Extra-Extra-Wide and Narrow widths.
- All OrthoFeet shoes are made with extra depth and come with removable orthotic insoles that are ¼" thick, allowing replacing them with your own custom-made orthotics.

Not sure how I missed it and ordered what I didn’t need.
I’ve been wearing these shoes for a couple of weeks to break them in but they weren’t getting more comfortable. Then I remembered I had not added in the arch supports. Those pieces of plastic (truly, they are MUCH more than that!) are miracle workers!
I neuropathy and shoes are generally quite painful to wear so I’d been wearing sandals a LOT. At a physical, my doctor urged me to find some shoes that fit properly. I had never known about OrthoFeet, found them on Google and gave them a try. After some trial and error with sizes, I found in this brand, I’m a 6W. Once I installed the arch supports, they are now as close to perfect as I can imagine. The shoe I’m currently wearing is “Sierra Wool”; it’s attractive, goes with black pants and blue jeans and I’m ecstatic that they are so comfortable. Others with neuropathy will understand.
I slid the arch boosters under the original insoles of my shoes and away I went. I have a high arch and these fit nicely.
