Men's Shoe Size Conversion
If your shoe size falls between sizes, we suggest getting the larger size of the two. (For example, if with some brands size 8 fits you well, and in other brands size 8.5 fits well, we suggest ordering size 8.5).
All OrthoFeet shoes are made with extra depth and come with removable orthotic insoles that are ¼" thick, allowing you to use your custom-made orthotics.
You may also use the following chart for converting your foot length measurements to your shoe size. Please do it while standing and wearing the socks or stockings you will wear with the new shoes.

I have an overpronation problem which stretches the tendon on the inside of my foot which, for one of my feet, has already led to a very painful surgery with a very long recovery. I need a shoe with good arch support and side structure so that my feet won’t roll inward. These do all that with the extra arch reinforcements. So far, so good! 99% of the time I have no pain! I believe these could save me from needing surgery on the other foot.
These shoes are great. I have Morton’s neuroma they have allowed me to start healing and lets me walk 4 miles everyday again. The arch that comes with them helps the problem. Everything about these shoes is true. I have four pairs. Most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I would recommend them for people that have foot problems.
