Women's Shoe Size Conversion
If your shoe size falls between sizes, we suggest getting the larger size of the two. (For example, if with some brands size 8 fits you well, and in other brands size 8.5 fits well, we suggest ordering size 8.5).
All OrthoFeet shoes are made with extra depth and come with removable orthotic insoles that are ¼" thick, allowing you to use your custom-made orthotics.
You may also use the following chart for converting your foot length measurements to your shoe size. Please do it while standing and wearing the socks or stockings you will wear with the new shoes.

I have a heel bone spur, plantar's fasciitis, and neuropathy in my feet. I cannot wear shoes that are not well padded, and I find OrthoFeet's optional insole pads and arch supports work well for me. I have bought 3 pairs or OrthoFeet products, sneakers, sandals and Junos. I tried to find an orthopedic dress shoe and Junos are the closest I can find. My other problem is I have dancers' feet, i.e. I was a professional dancer and dance teacher. My toes are wide, and my heel is naturally narrow. That's the only problem with the Junos. While they do allow for many adjustments with velcro straps that are more moveable than your average shoe, the heels are still a bit too wide. This is a problem with almost all my shoes, even the OrthoFeet sandals, so it's my anatomy, not necessarily the shoe. I have yet to wear them for any length of time, but just walking around my house to get the feel, they seem good. They have the padding and support my feet need. I'll get pads for the heels to make them fit better.
