I love the Tilos hands-free sneakers. I have a size 7 1/2 foot, and as suggested on the Ortho Feet website purchased the next size up. I found my choice to be satisfactory except I felt they were a little too big on me, and my foot would slide inside if I was outside walking down a hill or any steep landscape.
I just purchased a size 7 1/2 to see if they fit me better, and I found they are exactly what I was looking for. My feet have better support for outside activities.
